Twenty five years ago I started my career at London Life, one of the leading Canadian providers of financial security through its freedom 55 financial division, where I received Merit Awards for quality advice and service. I quickly recognized the importance of servicing my clients' specific needs; whether starting a new job, getting married, buying a house, or planning for retirement.
I soon became a broker in Ontario, at which point I was better able to find my clients the right coverage at a competitive rate. I take much pride helping and protecting families and business owners alike - all of whom trust my professional perspective and solid advice.
As a family man, spending time with my three sons and watching them grow into successful young men has taught me the value of financial solutions; it’s about love, caring and planning for the future. In 2015 my wife, Caroline Windwar, a Registered Nurse and EPC Advisor, joined our team of experts. Today we are Windwar Insurance, and my vision to provide superior service as an expert in the industry is now a reality!
Caroline Windwar is an RN, EPC, A&S Advisor with Expertise in Health Benefits Package and Travel Insurance plans. With more than 15 years of experience as a supervisor providing ongoing training, coaching and performance management to a team of PSW's and Nurses in the community has earned her the recognition of colleagues as a highly knowledgeable and sought-out consultant. Caroline moved on to spend another 13 years Managing Baycrest Homecare Services assessing client care and allocating hours for services offered through an available government grant. She is a leader in her field providing her clients with high quality services and products that best suit their lives and circumstances. As an advisor she understands their needs and always offers affordable protection with respect and understanding. When she isn’t working in her community, she spends her time volunteering, and spending time with family and friends. She is currently working with Ontario Blue Cross on health insurance solutions for Canadians and is a member of the Registered Nursing Association of Ontario.
Danny Windwar is a Licensed Insurance Advisor. Prior to becoming an advisor he obtained his BAppSc in public health at Ryerson University. He enjoys skiing,swimming, biking and spending time with friends and family. Danny is committed to providing excellent customer service to all his clients as well as meeting with new people on a daily basis, learning about their insurance needs, and arranging new insurance programs that best meet their needs.
